Who can buy from us?
Anyone in South Africa can buy from us with no minimum order required. Orders are placed through our website "or" by Email, Telephone or Fax.

Are we a South African registered company?
Yes we are a division of SGW Global Trading cc which is a registered trading company in South Africa with EME - BEE status.

Do we ship our products internationally?
No we do not ship our products to other countries, we deliver within South Africa only.

Do we offer any Warranty on our products?
We offer 6 Months replacement Warranty on all our items under normal use from date of purchase.

Are products listed on our website In Stock?
Products listed on our website are current and in stock unless otherwise stated in the product listing pages.

How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, after receiving payment product/s are packaged and collected by our courier services. Delivery anywhere in South Africa is typically within 2 - 5 working days from date of cleared payment into our account. Delivery times will depend on the delivery method selected on our Checkout page.

Must proof of payment be sent when using EFT or Cash Deposit?
This is not necessary as, we recon our account twice per day for EFT Bank Transfers or Cash Deposits. Order numbers are used when customers make payments to us, we then associate the order number used as payment reference which will match to our customers order and delivery details.

How will i know when my order has been processed and is in transit?
We email our customers all tracking and delivery information for their orders, in addition we also send an sms notification when this email has been sent.
