We give 6 Months warranty on all items listed on our site from date of purchase. Items returned to us must be in good condition with the original packaging and contents. We will replace any item that becomes faulty through normal use within our 6 month warranty period from date of purchase.

Order Confirmation
When you checkout your order, you will automatically receive an invoice confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.

Delivery
Orders are delivered to any Post Office Counter or street address in South Africa with tracking numbers, orders can be tracked in transit via our track & trace page.

Disputes
Any dispute of whatsoever nature arising out of this agreement concerning any of the rights and/or obligations of any party thereto, either during the currency of the agreement or after the completion or cancellation thereof, including any dispute as to the validity of the agreement, is hereby referred to the arbitration and final decision of a single arbitrator who shall be appointed by agreement between the parties, or failing agreement at the request of either party by the Chairman for the time being of the Association of Arbitrators, and the parties agree to accept his award as final and binding upon them. The arbitration will be conducted under South African law.
The cancellation of this agreement by either party for whatever reason shall not affect the validity of this clause.
